Social Media Designer
Your Responsibilities:
Create scientific visualizations and/or illustrations for online blogs
Create posts and pages of online content in line with brand guidelines
Complete work in a timely manner to meet an agreed-upon deadline
Collaborate with Marketing to promote our work on the website and social networks
Required Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
Ability to work closely with editors, writers, and scientists
Ability to handle several projects simultaneously, including long-term and daily assignments
Ability to visualize complex, scientific ideas in a clear, accurate, and intelligent manner
A solid background in basic science education, an intellectual curiosity about science, and a comfortability with scientific ideas
Ability to positively receive and implement constructive feedback
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Must work well under tight deadlines, ensuring a high volume of work while retaining desired content quality
Must work well in a culturally diverse environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven design and illustration skills
Knowledge of statistical data visualization
In-depth knowledge of Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Science Education Graphics Intern
Your Responsibilities:
Align curriculum resources with The Climate Club branding
Create infographics related to science education content for different lessons
Work with Science Education Lead and Science Education Intern to create accurate and relevant infographics
Gather information on similar online curriculum options and create new ideas based on knowledge gaps and needs that are observed
Preferred qualifications and Education:
Experience in a classroom or working in an educational setting (optional)
Passion for instructional design and effective learning practices
Strong desire to create quality educational materials for a variety of students and educational backgrounds

Social Media Marketing Intern
Your Responsibilities:
Create and publish posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
Manage Social Media communities (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
Assist with analytics
Assist with other administrative and project-based work
Required Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Passionate about science communication
Have interests in either one or more of the following disciplines: climate, sustainability, public health, environmental health sciences, and environmental health policy.
Strong organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
